INDOOR WORKOUTS AND YOGA CLASS

For those of you who hate to ride an indoor trainer alone we have indoor trainer workouts every Tuesday nite from 7pm. till 8pm. These workouts tend to focus on posture, position and relaxation on the bike. So come on out, bring your bike your trainer and yourself.
Also on Tuesday nite after the indoor trainer workout at 8:30 we have an hour Yoga class with our own Anne Schwartz. For more info on either call us 248 625 7000
